Do I need to create an account if I want to sell ice time?

Yes. You must create an account in order to sell ice time. You can register as an Operator or individual seller. An operator is one who is listing on behalf of an arena. An individual seller is a person (or team) who bought ice time but wants to resell it. By registering a seller’s account, you agree to all the terms and conditions that are listed in the site’s User Agreement. You can access the User Agreement by clicking on the User Agreement link at the bottom of the Home page.

How do I create an account?
  1. Click on Register link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
  2. Click on the type of account you want to create.
  3. Enter the required information on the page. Please take note of the highlighted required fields.
  4. Click the Register button.
  5. An email will be sent to your registered email with a temporary password.
How do I sign in to my account?
  1. Click on the Log In link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
  2. Enter your registered email.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click on the Log In button. You will be re-directed to your account page.
How do I change my password?
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the Change Password tab on the left hand side of the page.
  3. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
  4. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
  5. Re-enter your new password in the Retype New Password field.
  6. Click on the Change Password button.
What do I do if I forget my password?

To obtain a new password,

  1. Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
  2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.
  3. Enter your registered e-mail address.
  4. Click on the Submit button.
  5. You will receive an e-mail with your new password.
What can I do from my Account Page?

From your account page, you can perform the following functions by selecting the appropriate link from the options panel on the left-hand side of the page:

I am an Operator trying to list ice times, but why is the list of venues to choose from empty?

If you are registered as an Operator, you must define your venues before listing ice times for sale.

How do I define new venues?
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on the Venues link under the Facility Information on the options panel on the left side of the page.
  3. Click on the Add a Venue link on the right hand side corner of the page.
  4. Enter the required information on the page. Please take note of the highlighted required fields.
  5. When done, click on the Submit button.
What are the terms and conditions for selling ice times?
