Except for the situation listed below, there is no refund or exchange for purchased ice time. If you cannot use the ice time, you can relist it on tradeiconline.com, as a seller, for resale subject to the terms and conditions of our User Agreement. If you have any additional question, please contact us.

Unavailable Time at the Venue

Please contact us and we will refund you for your payment for the time slot purchased on tradeiceonline.com using your original purchase payment method.

Replacement Confirmation

If you lose your email confirmation for your purchase, please log into your account, select your order and print the confirmation from the web page
