Do I need to create an account if I want to buy ice time?

You can browse for ice times without having an account. But once you add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page, you will be asked to create an account if you do not already have one. By creating a buyer’s account, you agree to all the terms and conditions that are listed in the site’s User Agreement. You can access the User Agreement by clicking on the User Agreement link at the bottom of the Home page.

How do I view my orders?

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the View Orders link on the top right hand corner of the home page. You will be redirected to your account page.

How do I log in to my account?

1. Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
2. Enter your registered email.
3. Enter your password.
4. Click on the Log In button.

How do I change my password?

As a buyer, you cannot change your password. If you forget your password or believe that it has been compromised, you can ask for a new password.

How do I request a new password?

To obtain a new password,

1. Click on the Login link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
2. Click on the Forgot your password? link.
3. Enter your registered e-mail address.
4. Click on the Submit button.
5. You will receive an e-mail with your new password.

What can I do from my Account Page?

From your account page, you can perform the following functions by clicking on the appropriate link on the top of the page:

• View all your orders.
• View your active ice times.
• View your past ice times.
• Print a copy of an order.

How do I view the details of an order?

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on the View Orders Link on the top right hand corner of the home page.
3. Click on the Your Orders link on the top of the page.
4. Click on the order number you are interested in.
